INVESTMENT
OPORTUNITIES: Our
office caters to the small investor. Currently
we are focusing our efforts on acquiring
properties for investment purposes for investor
clients in the areas of Watsonville and North
Salinas. Our office manages the properties
so you can be assured of a “full service” investment. There
are opportunities now to purchase condominiums
and townhouses in gated communities in North
Salinas between $60,000 and $125,000, they
typically require about $10,000 to $15,000
in rehabilitation work to make them “rent
ready”. Most of them are typically
bank foreclosures that are being resold in
the marketplace. Please call our office and

for additional details. The cash on
cash return is typically in the 5-8% range,
which varies depending upon the deal, not
including tax benefits or appreciation.
