We offer Buyer Brokerage Service by exclusive contract only. If you are interested in our service call us for a copy of our Buyer Brokerage Orientation Package. Our extensive background in real estate includes real estate appraisal, sales, leasing, property management, in both the residential and commercial sectors. Our staff includes my wife, Kristin Beccaria, who handles the financial aspects of the business. David F. Beccaria has been involved in the real estate profession since January of 1979 holding a CA real estate Broker's License and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License. LISTING SERVICES: We provide complete real estate services for property sellers. We have an advertising program that includes newspaper advertising, internet placement, company web site, magazine advertising, flyers, and neighborhood mailings. See our available listings under Properties For Sale.

INVESTMENT OPORTUNITIES: Our office caters to the small investor. Currently we are focusing our efforts on acquiring properties for investment purposes for investor clients in the areas of Watsonville and North Salinas. Our office manages the properties so you can be assured of a “full service” investment.  There are opportunities now to purchase condominiums and townhouses in gated communities in North Salinas between $60,000 and $125,000, they typically require about $10,000 to $15,000 in rehabilitation work to make them “rent ready”. Most of them are typically bank foreclosures that are being resold in the marketplace. Please call our office and speak with David Beccaria or Steve Layman for additional details.  The cash on cash return is typically in the 5-8% range, which varies depending upon the deal, not including tax benefits or appreciation.
