REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE: We have been in the real estate brokerage business for in excess of 30 years. Our highly educated and knowledgeable staff have geographic competency throughout the Monterey Bay and Santa Clara Valley areas. Our staff is experienced in both commercial and residential real estate brokerage.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: We have successfully filled in excess of 1,000 tenancies over the past 30 years. We manage a diverse portfolio of rental properties including condominiums, townhouses, 2-4 unit buildings, apartment buildings, single family residences, and commercial properties.

COMMERCIAL APPRAISAL: Our office has completed narrative appraisal reports in Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey, Santa Clara, Alameda, San Mateo, Sonoma, and Stanislaus Counties. We have completed in excess of 20 Rent Comparability Studies for HUD Projects. We have extensive experience in mobile home park appraisal assignments and mobile home park closure assignments. We have completed narrative appraisal reports on commercial properties, industrial properties, timberland, office buildings, apartment buildings, and a host of other assignment types. We have completed retrospective appraisal assignments dating back to the 1960's. We are also involved in the preparation of appraisal reports for litigation support and forensic appraisal assignments.

RESIDENTIAL APPRAISAL: We have completed in excess of 7,000 appraisal reports over the past 25 years. We have extensive experience in residential appraisal assignments in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey, and San Benito Counties. We are FHA approved.

ASSET MANAGEMENT: We provide asset management services to a variety of clients including banks, credit unions, and we also provide these type of services for court decreed partition actions, serving as a referee in such cases.

INVESTOR REPRESENTATION: We are currently working with investor clients acquiring REO or Short Sale properties. We have handled in excess of 50 Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges for our investor clients.
