services. Serving the Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, San
Benito, and Monterey Counties, David F. Beccaria
and Associates prides itself on excellence, honesty
and integrity. Our office has completed in excess
of 6,000 appraisal reports. Mr. Beccaria is pictured

About Mr. Beccaria |

David F. Beccaria MBA IFAS has been a Licensed
California Real Estate Broker since 1979.
He is a Member of the Santa Cruz Association
of Realtors, C.A.R., and N.A.R. He received
a Certificate of Appreciation for 20-years
of membership to the Santa Cruz Association
of Realtors in 2000 and he received a Certificate
of Recognition for 25-years of membership
to the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors
is 2003. He has served on the Board of Directors
for the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors.
He received his IFA designation from the
National Association of Indpendent Fee Appraisers
in 1993 and his IFAS designation in 2003.
He received his Certified Residential Appraisal
License in 1991 and his Certified General
Appraisal License in 2003. Mr. Beccaria
was selected CALIFORNIA APPRAISER OF
THE YEAR IN 2002 by the National Association
of Indpendent Fee Appraisers.
Mr. Beccaria graduated from Santa Clara
University with a major in Finance in 1977
and Golden Gate University with an MBA in
Real Estate in 1981. Mr. Beccaria has also
attended many seminars and courses. A complete

Mr. Beccaria joined Wellington Realtors
in November of 1978. He worked for 10 years
at Wellington Realtors as a property manager,
leasing agent, and real estate salesman.
He handled both residential and commercial
properties. In 1987, with his wife Kristin,
they formed David F. Beccaria & Associates.
