1. Capitola Shores Condominiums, Capitola: We manage individual condominiums in the well located Capitola Shores Condominium Project. The project features a swimming pool, treed landscaping, close proximity to Jade Street Park and community tennis courts, and it is within a short walk of the historic Capitola Village, Beach, and Wharf Areas.

2. Capitola Knolls Condominiums, Capitola: We manage individual condominium units in the well located Capitola Knolls Condominium Project. The project features a swimming pool, treed landscaping, and is within a short walk of New Brighton State Beach.

3. Soquel Knolls Condominiums, Soquel: We manage individual condominium units in the Soquel Knolls Condominium Project. This project features a swimming pool and a large grassy greenbelt area. It is conveniently located in the Soquel area within a short walk of the Home Depot/Safeway Shopping Center.

4. Northgate Village Condominiums, Salinas: We manage individual condominium units in the Northgate Village Condominium Project in North Salinas. This gated project features a swimming pool, child playground, and lush treed landscaping. The project has easy freeway access to Highway 101 and is within a short stroll of Northridge Mall and Harden Ranch Shopping areas.

5. Village North Lagoon Condominiums, Salinas: We manage individual condominium units in the Village North Lagoon Condominium Project in North Salinas.
