Our office conducts extensive data research to
support our valuations and real estate services.
Samples of our statistical studies are noted below
in PDF format for single family residential properties
in Santa Cruz County, the city of Monterey, the
city of Salinas, and the city of Hollister. We
have similar files in our office for over 25 different
market areas. In our office research files we
also have Paired Sale Analyses to support many
of our adjustments in the Sales Comparison Approach
to Value including Time Adjustments and Square
Footage Adjustments.

STATISTICAL STUDIES-MANUFACTURED
HOUSING
Our office has developed extensive research for
manufactured housing including a detailed property
information sheet for over 175 mobile home parks
in a four county area. A sample of the mobile
home park data sheet is noted below in PDF format.
Also noted is a statistical data sheet for manufactured
housing prices in parks in Santa Cruz County.
In addition a comparsion chart is provided demonstrating
the significant increase in the number of all
age parks since the passage of the Federal Fair
Housing Act of 1989. This is just a small sampling
of our many research studies for manufactured
housing.
