DavidBeccaria and
his wife Kristin founded the company in 1987. David
began his career in real estate in 1978 in sales
working for his father. David has been a licened
California Real Estate Broker since 1979. David
also has been a real estate appraiser since 1989.
He received his Certified Residential Appraisal
License in 1991 and his Certified General Real Estate
Appraisal License in 2003. David received his IFA
designation in 1993 and his IFAS designation in
2003. David graduated from Santa Clara University
in 1977 with a degree in Finance, and from Golden
Gate University in 1981 with an MBA in Real Estate.
Kristin Beccaria
has been managing the financial operations of the
business since it's inception. She also conducts
monthly audits of the property management trust
account records.
Nancy Cecil joined
our staff in May of 2002. She has an Appraisal License
and has participated in the preparation of over
500 appraisal reports. She also holds a California
Real Estate License. She also works on real estate
sales. She has an extensive background in insurance.
Rosie has been with our firm for 4 years. She
holds a California State Salesperson license.
She also performs a variety of tasks including
appraisal research, administrative and secretarial
functions.
Matthew Beccaria
is a Sophmore at Cabrillo College. He works part-time
at the office helping out on various tasks. He is
also currently qualified to take the Real Estate
Appraising State Exam.
